2. Data We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect: your full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), and travel enquiry details. We do not collect any payment card or financial data through this website.
3. Why We Collect It
We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide corporate travel management services on your behalf.
4. Lawful Basis
Under the GDPR: we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and, once a service relationship exists, contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)). Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), we process data on the basis of your consent.
5. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only as required to deliver your travel arrangements — with airlines, hotels, visa authorities, forex/payment partners, and ground transport providers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with any third party.
6. International Transfers
Business travel is inherently global. To process visa applications, book hotels and coordinate ground transport, we may need to share data with recipients in countries outside India and the EEA. We use appropriate safeguards where available and share only the minimum data necessary.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of the enquiry, unless you withdraw consent earlier. Email correspondence may be retained for longer where required by applicable law.
8. Security
Data in transit is protected by TLS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. We do not log personal data unnecessarily.

Under applicable law (DPDP Act and/or GDPR), you have the right to:
